happy zone

I love this feeling. Everything just feels light and right. Yesterday, after a very tiring month-end helluva of work, I treated myself to a date. Wow date sounds like a prize now. Jero and I had dinner together and he bought something for himself which is a good catch. It’s a good thing that we went to another store ‘cause they haven’t received the memo from the dealer yet, while the other stores already had. The memo says that the price must be raised by a thousand. Anyway, I have been smiling and laughing a lot since yesterday. Plus today, Mama & Papa keep on sending me funny sayings and short stories through SMS. I can barely feel the generation gap in our family. Another thing that’s making me happy right now is that on Wednesdays, I’m usually busy with tender documents & other stuff. I’ve finished them all yesterday. Banayad Wednesday it is! 

I also give the credit to the book I have been reading for over a month now. Daily devotionals never fail to lift my spirit. The short stories in the booklet make me relate to other people’s experiences. Reading their testimonies makes me feel that I am not alone and I am even luckier than most people. God gives us challenges because He believes that we can overcome them all.
